A deeply disturbing bodycam video has reignited nationwide outrage after showing the moments leading up to a police officer fatally shooting an unarmed man who was sobbing and bgging for his life inside a hotel hallway. The incident took place in a hotel corridor where officers were responding to a report of a possible weapon.
