The viral story begins with a simple security-camera clip: a young boy pushing open the door of a café, holding a paper bag and scanning the outdoor seating area as if searching for someone. The patio is empty except for a man sitting quietly in the corner, dressed in worn-out clothes and sipping a small cup of coffee. To the boy, he looked like someone who needed help.
