A small-town police department has been thrown into turmoil after a shocking surveillance video surfaced, allegedly showing the police chief engaging in inappropriate behavior toward a teenage dispatcher. The disturbing footage, which has now been obtained by investigators, has sparked public outrage and an official criminal investigation into one of the most trusted figures in local law enforcement.
According to early reports, the video was recorded by an internal security camera inside the dispatch office. It allegedly shows the police chief entering the room where the teenage employee was seated, repeatedly invading her personal space and making physical contact that investigators have described as “unwelcome and inappropriate.” The young dispatcher reportedly appeared uncomfortable and attempted to move away, but the chief continued to approach her.
